Storage billed on what you actually occupy.
Secure, organized Houston warehousing with barcode-mapped locations, FIFO/FEFO rotation, and billing on average daily occupancy — so as inventory sells through, your storage bill falls with it.
Most storage bills punish you for selling well.
The standard industry move is to bill your peak: snapshot your highest pallet count, round up to a bracket, and charge it all month — even as your inventory ships out the door. Pair that with one-SKU-per-bin policies and you’re renting empty air.
We bill pallet storage on average daily occupancy and let multiple SKUs share a bin while staying individually tracked. We also manage the mix of forward-pick and reserve storage, so fast movers stay pickable and reserve inventory sits in the cheapest appropriate position. You see what you have, where it is, and how fast it’s moving.

|---|---|---|---|
| Pallet position /month | $25 · 1–25 | $22 · 26–100 | $19 · 101+ |

Bin and shelf storage is billed per occupied bin-equivalent, and multiple SKUs can share a bin while clearly identified and tracked. Final allocation and estimated monthly cost are confirmed against your initial inventory profile before agreement. These are starting rates that improve by tier as your volume scales, applied automatically in the month they’re earned — see the full schedule on our pricing page. Final pricing is confirmed in a tailored proposal built on your actual volume, SKU mix, and dimensions — typically within one business day.
Warehousing run like the operations we came from.
Our founder directed roughly 1.1 million square feet of enterprise warehousing at Maersk and ran Amazon fulfillment center operations before that. The same disciplines run here: locations that scan, counts that reconcile, exceptions documented with photos the same day, and inventory decisions made around your economics — not the warehouse’s convenience.

What does pallet storage cost in Houston?
Standard & Port bills $25 per pallet position per month at 1–25 positions, $22 at 26–100, and $19 at 101+, calculated on average daily occupancy rather than peak counts. Bin and shelf storage is $5 per occupied bin-equivalent per month.
What does billing on average daily occupancy mean?
Instead of charging your peak pallet count for the whole month, we calculate storage on the average space you actually occupied each day. As inventory sells through, your storage cost falls with it in the same billing period.
Can you feed Amazon FBA from storage?
Yes — that's a core use case. Inventory is held in Houston and replenished into FBA just in time, so you avoid Amazon's long-term storage fees and keep sellable stock positioned without capacity-limit scrambles.
Is there a minimum storage commitment?
No monthly minimum applies to standard accounts, and agreements run month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no termination or exit penalty. A minimum applies only where a program requires substantial dedicated space or reserved capacity.
