Transparent pricing. Built to scale.
Know what to expect before you ever talk to sales. Our base rates provide a transparent starting point, with final pricing tailored around your products, volume, channels, and operating requirements.
How our tiers work: every rate below is a starting rate that improves by tier as your volume scales. Tiers apply automatically in the month they’re earned — no renegotiation, no asking.
| Monthly order volume | First unit | Each additional unit |
|---|---|---|
| 0–499 orders | $1.80/order | $0.50/unit |
| 500–999 orders | $1.65/order | $0.45/unit |
| 1,000+ orders | $1.50/order | $0.40/unit |
Standard profile: no side over 24″ and under 50 lb. Tiers apply automatically in the month they are earned. In-stock, standard-profile orders received by 1:00 PM CT ship the same business day. Oversized and heavy items are quoted on our large-item schedule.
| Storage type | Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pallet position /month | $25 · 1–25 | $22 · 26–100 | $19 · 101+ |
| Bin / shelf /month | $5 | $5 | $5 |
Pallet storage is billed on average daily occupancy, so storage cost falls as inventory sells through. We manage the mix of forward-pick and reserve storage to help maintain both pick efficiency and lower storage cost.
| Service | 0–999 units | 1,000–2,499 | 2,500+ |

| All-in prep | $0.85/unit | $0.80/unit | $0.75/unit |
| FNSKU labeling only | $0.60/unit | $0.55/unit | $0.50/unit |
All-in prep includes receiving inspection, FNSKU labeling, standard poly bagging where required, and carton build to marketplace inbound standards. Bubble wrap and specialty packaging are quoted separately.
| Inbound type | Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 |

No monthly minimum for standard accounts.
A minimum applies only where a program requires substantial dedicated space or reserved capacity. In those cases, it is structured around projected activity so it is normally met through expected volume rather than functioning as a penalty. Capacity can flex as requirements grow.
Prepaid Wallet
Postage and freight at our cost with no markup. You fund the wallet; unused balance is refundable.
S&P Float
Cost + 5%. We carry the postage and freight spend and include it on the weekly invoice, with no deposit required.
You may also ship on your own carrier accounts. Packaging materials and supplies are billed the same way — at cost + 5%, no markup games.

Parcel costs, answered with real numbers.
Shipping is usually the largest line in fulfillment spend — so we don’t make you guess it. As part of your pricing, we provide a parcel analysis built on your representative SKUs and shipping profile, using our market-competitive carrier rates: projected shipping cost on your actual dimensions, weights, and destinations — before you commit.
Pricing depends on your freight profile. These are base planning rates that step down as volume grows. Your firm quote is built on your actual volume, SKU mix, unit dimensions, and storage footprint — and confirmed in a tailored proposal, typically within one business day.
Common questions, straight answers.
Is there a monthly minimum or long-term contract?
No monthly minimum applies to standard accounts, and agreements run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice and no termination or exit penalty. A minimum applies only where a program requires substantial dedicated space or reserved capacity, and it’s structured around your projected activity. Rates are held for 12 months from signature.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock, standard-profile orders received by 1:00 PM CT ship the same business day. Standard turnaround across the operation is typically 24–48 business hours, depending on shipment size and prep requirements.
How is storage billed?
Pallet storage runs $25, $22, or $19 per pallet position per month by volume tier, billed on average daily occupancy — so as your inventory sells through, your storage cost falls with it. Separate bin and shelf storage for smaller items is $5 per occupied bin-equivalent per month, and multiple SKUs can share a bin while staying clearly identified and tracked. Final allocation is confirmed against your actual inventory profile before agreement.
How does shipping and postage work?
Two options: a Prepaid Wallet, where postage and freight are billed at our cost with no markup and any unused balance is refundable — or S&P Float at cost + 5%, where we carry the spend and include it on your weekly invoice with no deposit. You can also ship on your own carrier accounts, and packaging materials and supplies are billed at cost + 5%.
How do I know what my parcel shipping will actually cost?
We show you before you commit. As part of your pricing, we provide a parcel analysis built on your representative SKUs and shipping profile, using our market-competitive carrier rates — projected shipping cost on your actual dimensions, weights, and destinations. Postage is then billed transparently at cost (Prepaid Wallet) or cost + 5% (S&P Float).
What counts as a standard-size unit?
A standard unit has no side over 24 inches and weighs under 50 pounds. Oversized or heavy items are quoted on our large-item schedule, which follows the same tiered structure.
How long does onboarding take?
Getting started takes about a week: a scoping call, a tailored proposal built on your actual volume, then integrations, receiving, and go-live. Most brands are shipping within days of inventory arrival.
Ready for pricing built around your operation?
Our base rates give you a starting point. Send us your product, expected volume, and sales channels and we’ll build a proposal specifically around your operation — including opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Tailored proposals are typically delivered within one business day.
